We commit, if the articles are not available, either to provide you the replacement articles presenting the equal features, to an equal price, or to repay you. In any case, we inform you on the unavailability of the article. The articles are sent registered. INSURANCE - The tariffs understand : For the metropolitan France a maximum indemnity of 458 euros (R3). Beyond, we counsel you to prefer the transportation by Chronopost and the expedition is faster. The rest of the world is assured to his value, that it is in colissimo or Chronopost! It can arrive that the article is damaged at the time of the delivery, therefore you must emit a written reserve specifying the detail of the damages to the deliverer imperatively, so that we can make the insurance that we take for every sent packet play.
