Completely button the waistband of pants that fit you CORRECTLY. It must be high waist because these pants are high waist. Do not take jeans low waist !

Put the pants flat on a STABLE location and measure from LEFT to RIGHT as on the pictures.

If you don’t have HIGH pants, measure your waist circumference tightly, with a tape measure, at the level of the belly over the shirt. You divide the result by 2 to get the size but it is less reliable !

EXAMPLE

If you find 42 cms, your size of pants is 42. You have to order 42 !
